I am pleased that Rocket Mortgage/Schwab has gotten into the loan business. If other employees performance is similar to Ryan's, I will not use another lender anytime soon. I hope you give the big players (B of A; Wells Fargo) a run for their money. You are setting a new standard for customer service in the lending industry, which is sorely needed. We had a tricky transaction due to being self employed and some unusual rental income sources (VRBO).
Initially the underwriters would not qualify us because they did not understand our unique income.
Ryan continuously worked with us, coming up with many different options to present our situation to the underwriters, to get them to understand our qualifications. I don’t know how many times I asked for a pre-qual letter; it always came within hours, nights, weekends included. I think he sleeps with a cell nearby. I was looking for non-conventional properties in two states and he never hesitated, checking with his underwriter for some of the ...Ryan was always there - quickly answering emails and phone calls and giving me prompt answers to my MANY questions. I don’t know how many times I asked for a pre-qual letter; it always came within hours, nights, weekends included. I think he sleeps with a cell nearby. I was looking for non-conventional properties in two states and he never hesitated, checking with his underwriter for some of the properties - like those off the grid with no running water 3000 miles away from my home. When I finally settled on a property, the process of getting approved for the mortgage took a few days because everything was already in his file thanks to Rocket Mortgage’s relationship with my bank, Scwhab. I literally had no hoops to jump through. When it came to closing, it was over in 25 minutes and even the realtors who insisted I use a local community bank that was very familiar with the area, had to admit they were very impressed with the ease and simplicity of the closing.

Ryan was a dream, there’s nothing he needs to improve. I woud and have highly recommended Rocket Mortgage simply based on the service he provided. If his boss is reading this - he deserves bonus!!!Read MoreRead Less
