I was looking for non-conventional properties in two states and he never hesitated, checking with his underwriter for some of the properties - like those off the grid with no running water 3000 miles away from my home. When I finally settled on a property, the process of getting approved for the mortgage took a few days because everything was already in his file thanks to Rocket Mortgage’s relationship with my bank, Scwhab. I literally had no hoops to jump through. When it came to closing, it was over in 25 minutes and even the realtors who insisted I use a local community bank that was very familiar with the area, had to admit they were very impressed with the ease and simplicity of the closing.
