Although my financial situation wasn't completely clear from past events, Ryan worked with me to find the best possible financing. As soon as financial situation clears completely, I will be talking to Ryan again to refinance, provided the market holds. If not, I trust Ryan to give me sound advice, even if that means staying with the financing I now have.
