I contacted Rocket Mortgage about possibly refinancing to a lower rate to save a few dollars on my monthly payment. Ryan spent over a half hour on the phone with me - reviewing my options, asking what my goals were, and he came to the honest conclusion that it just wasn't worth refinancing at this time based on my loan amount and what I wanted to achieve. Smooth talker, makes things sound soooo easy. He is a salesman and he is good @ sales.... as for the rest of my dealings with ur company it sucked !! Every part of my "experience " !! I wished to hell I had never seen a Rocket Mortgage commercial and that I was pulled n by Ryan Shaw!!!! Ryan was great. The first loan processor was horrible
He has no clue as to what was needed. The loan process itself was horrible. Was a shame Ryan couldn't be involved more in loan process itself.
