Sam is simply the best ambassador that Rocket Mortgage could have. Beyond the obvious qualities - professional, courteous, and knowledgeable - Sam really made us feel comfortable throughout the mortgage process, he was always available (seriously, always - he routinely answers emails at 11pm!) to answer questions, give advice, and help move us along to the next step.
