Sam assured us from the beginning that he would do everything he could to meet our goals, as well as keep us in the loop. He did not disappoint and even reached out to us on his day off to provide updates. We're impressed by his professionalism and the way he made us feel important ... not just another account. Our final decision came down to Sam and our current bank. We ended up going with our current bank for our new home loan as they were able to provide slightly lower closing costs as well as we have a long-standing relationship with them, however in the event this relationship ever sours we will call Sam FIRST, as he truly cares about his clients and does everything he can to take care of them. Samuel would not take the time to explain loan options to me or work with me to find options to suit my needs. After several requests, he provided me with an FHA loan estimate. When I asked to see an estimate using a conventional, he refused to even run the numbers for me. I asked to set...I was very disappointed with my experience with Samuel.
