My wife and I sought out a new home loan from Rocket Mortgage while we were also in the process of the same request with 2 other lenders (one being our current bank that we've had for 17 years). Sam assured us from the beginning that he would do everything he could to meet our goals, as well as keep us in the loop. He did not disappoint and even reached out to us on his day off to provide updates. We're impressed by his professionalism and the way he made us feel important ... not just another account. Our final decision came down to Sam and our current bank. We ended up going with our current bank for our new home loan as they were able to provide slightly lower closing costs as well as we have a long-standing relationship with them, however in the event this relationship ever sours we will call Sam FIRST, as he truly cares about his clients and does everything he can to take care of them. As a Realtor I have encountered many mortgage companies. However, when it came to purchasing my own personal home Samuel was the only person I was completely comfortable with. I have never seen someone in this field work so hard. He always answered the phone when I needed him ,even late at night.
