Scott was a breath of fresh air. He listened intently, said that in fact the last two were correct about waiting until monday, but then offered to help me the old fashioned way.
TLDR - He was more than happy to help me get a preapproval over the phone on a Saturday!

I applied for the loan late Friday (around 6PM), just to see if I can get something more competitive than the offer I already had. Later the same day, around 9PM I got a call from Scott (11PM his timezone) and I was really surprised since I didn't expect Rocket Mortgage to call me till Tuesday, we had a nice conversation and then I took a timeout...The work that Scott did is just more than AMAZING!!!

So after 4 weeks I got the loan documents signed and ready to move in :)
I'm 100% positive that I will be referring my friends/colleagues to Rocket Mortgage and specifically Scott!
