Sean was incredibly polite, patient, and informative through the process of shopping for loans. He made sure to focus on what my wife and I wanted instead of what we assumed we needed coming in. Sean wrote up two quotes based on the information and was very responsive by phone and e-mail even as late as 7pm. Sean was excellent. My client came into this Mortgage process in a crisis. She had been approved thru USDA RD Direct program and almost ready to close and they notified us that they had Qualified her on the wrong criteria. So we came real close to losing our offer. Rocket Mortgage understood the urgency and went to work and this was on a Friday! We had a new lender by Monday and are closing only ...Sean was excellent.
