Absolutely terrific! I wasn't expecting this level of professionalism and service when calling. I opted to call over just doing an online application for my situation because I had questions and wanted a live body. Well, I got what I wanted and more. Sean Klug is a very kind and knows his job very well. We had a bumpy time because we were selling our house and purchasing a new home. But Sean was there every step of the way. He was always checking in on us via phone or email. Very easy to talk to. Very patient too. I asked a lot of questions and he always had the answers. I would recommend Sean to anyone for a loan.
