I've been meaning to write this for a while. My husband and I have been working with Rocket Mortgage for years. We "met" Sean when we refinanced our former house years ago. Sean has kept us coming back. We have sold, bought, sold and bought and refinanced with Sean! His customer service is second to none. He is patient, has a sense of humor, explains things in a way that a "non finance" type ...I've been meaning to write this for a while. He is patient, has a sense of humor, explains things in a way that a "non finance" type person can understand. There have been some "bumps" in other areas of Rocket Mortgage and Sean, even though it was NOT his error or area, went above and beyond to help us find who to reach out to. He truly cares.
