All went well, except one issue. We asked to pay our insurance and property taxes outside of escrow, and were told that would be the case. As it turned out that wasn't included at closing. I was contacted by an official at Rocket Mortgage, and she confirmed that we were supposed to pay it outside of escrow, however somewhere along the line that was changed.
