Shane is Terrific !!! As a first time home buyer, the mortgage process is very complicated and scary, but Shane makes it all so easy, he takes the time to explain every process and patiently answers any questions or concerns. He has a fantastic personality that always makes me feel better for speaking with him. He encourages you to keep going and Always make time to assist anyway that he can.
