I was contacted by Shane Kelly who was very helpful and understanding that this process might take some time, We did the pre approval at that time, I then moved to Florida on Dec. 28th 2015 , Started looking for my new home, Several i found but the home inspections i found several costly things wrong, On one home i had started the closing with Shane then decided to much cost in repairs, He just said no problem lets move on, I found a home at a great price and we started the process, He sent me all the info he needed to process the loan, and i closed on Feb 29th.. Shane was more than a mortgage guy trying to make his money, he got me the best interest rates at the time and kept in touch to make sure everything was going ok . I had my realtor contact Shane to also help with the process.. When my husband and I were looking into buying a home we had no idea where to start. My uncle suggested Rocket Mortgage and gave us the number, so that's who we called. The representative we were connected to was Shane Kelly.
We had worried about not being prepared prior to contacting Shane but soon came to the realization that all it took was that...There is a lot that can be said about Shane Kelly.

He made it his personal mission to help us achieve one of the biggest parts of the American Dream...buying our own home. Shane was dedicated and had a level of sheer determination when it came to helping us secure the home we wanted. Shane went out of his way, even working on his own time to make this home a reality for us.
There really is not enough words to express Shane Kelly. My husband and I would never recommend anyone but Shane, he's not your average home loan representative. He is outstanding in his line of work and an assets to the Rocket Mortgage Company.
