Shane did a great job and made my initial experience seamless and easy despite the nuances of being self employed, complex businesses, etc...I wish he would have handled my experience A-Z. I know that is the Rocket Mortgage "way" but my experience after him was not great and felt unorganized. I was so far down the path, however, it was not worth redoing everything with another lending company/platform. Shane was great though. Its too bad the folks managing a lot of the first impression components, gathering a ton of info, etc...are not involved with the purchase, A to Z. I will likely buy another house sometime in the future. I would 100% use Rocket Mortgage if my impression were only riding on Shane.
