For the last six months, Silas and I worked tirelessly to get a home loan for me. Without his dedication, efficiency, communication, and humanity, I might not be here saying I'm a homeowner. Very disappointed. It started out well with Silas and ended badly. He was not transparent regarding fees that I was being charged and was dishonest on the day of closing. There was a lack of communication through the whole process, voicemail always full on cell and slow to call back. I would not recommend Silas or Rocket Mortgage. Silas was great! The only reason I would recommend Rocket. He was quick to answer and always wanting to get me an answer right away! Could not have asked for someone more on top of things than Silas. Super friendly with knowledge and willingness to help in anyway is hard to come by. Silas’ work should be noted.
