My experience with Skylar and Rocket Mortgage was outstanding. I have long-term relationships with 2 other banks so I have a good basis for comparison. And, I am a retired manufacturing manager and do recognize an organization which has good & robust processes. Rocket Mortgage has been thoughtfully organized to quickly and efficiently allow the Customer and Rocket Mortgage to exchange ...My experience with Skylar and Rocket Mortgage was outstanding. No less important is the Customer Service culture which has been created at Rocket Mortgage so that all team members are responsive to the Customer. I first arranged a mortgage through Rocket Mortgage 4 years ago. Recently I needed to refinance to raise money for a charitable project I am sponsoring.
