Suzy has handled our original loan as well as a refinance. We came back and asked specifically for her in the refinance because she handled our first loan so well! She was a pleasure to work with. I'd give Suzy 10 stars for excellence if I could! She is professional, responds promptly, shows concern throughout the process (which can be a little frustrating but Suzy makes so much better). She works very hard on her customers' behalf, she is extremely creative finding solutions, working with the various departments within Rocket Mortgage (like Underwriting). Suzy follows up constantly and...I'd give Suzy 10 stars for excellence if I could!
