Tara Kareem did a great job for me with the recent refi! From day one, she always responded very quickly - whether it was clarifying exactly what I needed to do/provide - or after getting the appraisal, when I wanted to increase the loan amount, and Tara got an immediate positive response...I continue to be amazed with the efficiency of the Rocket Mortgage process (just did my third refi with them).

More over, I needed a copy of some items after our closing and she got the customer service team engaged within an hour and we got what we need very rapidly.
