She is excellent at running quick scenarios and following up with precise figures. Every detail matched from first conversations to the final legal documents.

ALSO, JUST LAST WEEK THEY SENT ME A COMPLETED DEED OF TRUST AND SAID EVERYTHING WAS FINISHED AND RECORDED AND TO KEEP THOSE RECORDS. THEN 2 DAYS LATER I GET TE SAME THING AND THEY WANTED ME TO SIGN WHERE THEY HAVE MARKED AND SEND IT BACK. THE NEXT DAY I GOT A CALL FROM POWELL SAYING EVERYTHING IS OK. SO I NEED TO KNOW IF THE COPY OF THE DEED OF TRUST IS RECORDED IN THE COURTHOUSE AND IF I CAN THROW THE UPS COPY OUT.
