I have bought and sold over 10 homes over the past 27 years. Tatyana is BY FAR the most knowledgeable mortgage broker I have dealt with. She is intelligent, an amazing communicator, extremely patient, breaks things down so you can understand what you need to do, she is diligent in her communications and stays on top of everything. She calls, texts and emails you to keep you informed of everything. In essence she holds your hand through the process. Honestly I have been so impressed and felt that I was in the best hands possible to guide me through the entire process. If I could give her 10years I would. If you can request her directly do it.
