Dude! Dude! No dude, Ted was beyond awesome! I needed a mortgage, he made it to easy! He walked me through the process every step, he made sure all my documents were in before the underwriter needed them. It was a great experience. TED is Awesome! Initially, I chose another lender before Rocket Mortgage and my home loan process turned into a nightmare. I decided to leave that lender and turned to Rocket Mortgage for a home loan. Ted made the application process smooth and didn't patronize me for not choosing Rocket Mortgage first.
