He did not try to pursuade us to refinance for his own benefits. I very much recommend Tom Diaz to anyone who may be deciding as to whether they should refinance their home and if refinancing is the better option,. I am sure that Tom would definitely get you the best rates and if needed to explain the process in terms that everyone would understand and answer any questions you may have. Also, Tom is not a 9 to 5, 5 days a week person. We actually spoke on a Sunday afternoon and even had updates on Saturday. So, "Hats Off" to to Tom Diaz as a person that truly puts his clients fist!
