Tom was amazing! We had been working with a previous mortgage company that had been becoming ridiculous, so we started searching for a new lender and saw an ad for Rocket Mortgage so went to their website and Tom reached out right away and from that point until closing, he always responded to anything I needed. It was so smooth, the sellers got the amount they wanted, all my creditors were paid, ...Tom was amazing! We are just starting this home buying journey so I can't speak on working with him from start to finish yet, but we've purchased two homes before this and have worked with numerous people during those processes and Tom was more helpful in a span of a couple of days than others have been over the course of months.
