Tom made me feel very comfortable right off the bat. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I truly appreciated his patience through each question I had and he made sure that I understood my options -sometimes explaining it again because I didn't quite get it the first time! He was visible and available to me throughout the entire loan process and it made me feel confident. He even placed a call out to a realtor who represented a house that we were looking to buy to confirm I was a qualified buyer to give me a leg up against other bidders!
