Thomas is the man. He was always around the answer my questions and was really great about explaining the things that I didn't know. One thing I loved was that he advised me on what I needed ahead of time so that I'd be ready and made the entire process as smooth as possible. Tom was very committed during the process. He could be reached at any time for a question or update. I highly recommend him. I have dealt with many mortgage people, and none even come close to him. We went from not even thinking about buying a house to approval letter to submit with our offer with 36 hours. I wouldn't use anyone else.
