I can say with such a large purchase (and life change) that I never expected to feel as comfortable as Tom made me feel throughout the entire process. I even backed out of 2 accepted offers before finally committing to the 3rd property I got accepted on, and he was more than flexible with that. Rocket Mortgage is a phenomenal service-focused company and its entire roster of bankers are great (I've worked with many of them). But I mean it when I say that Tom's in a league of his own. He is easy to work with, will answer your questions at any time of day, knows the details inside and out, and will get you the best solution possible.
