A lot of reviews will identify themselves as, in some way, detailed but obnoxious, and Tom as being patient, but this is not paying face. I don’t know any other praise to sing other than this—we had to speak to another potential lender for one perspective property, but notwithstanding the reassurance to match, Tom’s helpfulness and thoughtfulness from the getgo meant that we would stick with him throughout the process.
