My husband and I were new to the home buying process, especially from the lender’s prospective. Tom made it easy, accessible, and understandable. He was always accessible (even when he was “off”). I don’t know any other praise to sing other than this—we had to speak to another potential lender for one perspective property, but notwithstanding the reassurance to match, Tom’s helpfulness and thoughtfulness from the getgo meant that we would stick with him throughout the process.
