We elected to take the automatic withdrawal. We decided to add about $360/mo to reduce the length of the mortgage from 25 to 20 years. The best part is that we can change or eliminate the extra money at any time if conditions change.

I enjoyed the refinance with Rocket Mortgage , every aspect was excellent. The only thing I did not like is that it took too long. Timario was very informative , very helpful, and a total professional. If I decide to refi in the future I will use Rocket Mortgage again.
