Tim made a stressful task seem easy. I worked with a different lender for 3 months before finding Tim, he had us closed in less than 3 weeks, unheard of especially when you are self employed and have to gather all the required paperwork for such. Not only was Tim efficient and thorough but he was friendly and made the process seem so easy. Five stars only because there aren't more to give.
