Very responsive. Very easy to talk to. Closed over 10 days early. And most importantly, he recommended a conventional loan that was my best option. Every other lender first suggested FHA loans they knew looked appealing but had associated costs that were hard to recognize but eventually would cost more. Once I showed the other lenders TJ's loan that I was going with, suddenly they all tried to ...Very responsive. Very easy to talk to. Closed over 10 days early.
