In a home buying market where every minute counts on winning a bid for a home, having a mortgage representative like Tomas Skeeters can be the determining factor for having an offer accepted or refused. We sold our previous home (also mortgaged through Rocket) and went blindly to another state to look for our retirement home. The market where we were moving was totally a "sellers" market and houses were going on and off the market in days if not hours.
