She helped us get an offer letter in a time crunch. She walked us through all the first time home owner loan information and answered numerous calls that really helped us stay informed on all of the details of getting a loan. It’s been a long road but it finally came! Tracie took over for someone who had left the company. I had my reservation as I really liked working with the previous rep. Tracie did not hold back. As far as customer service, she’s by far A+. Not only did she make herself readily available throughout the entire process. We aren’t even in the same time zone!...We closed yesterday, February 21, 2023!
