I was getting ready to write you when I saw your e mail. Thank you SO MUCH for all your help. I had so many doubts that I could do this and you were so encouraging from our first phone call…. I only had 1vs. 2 years of returns, I did not have my house I'm currently living in sold first, I needed to use my business funds for my down payment.
