To say Troy was OUTSTANDING would be an understatement. I already had another mortgage through Rocket Mortgage and was very comfortable with their services. I can't say enough about Rocket Mortgage as they are a world class customer focused orientation.

On to Troy specifically. From the start Trot went to bat for me in ways that others in my moving process had not. He went to underwriting multiple times on my behalf to help them understand my financial situation to ensure I can get the most out of my loan that I needed. While dealing with that, he kept me in the loop of communication ten fold! He didn't over communicate, but his timing was perfect and I always felt like I knew where I stood in the process of securing my loan. His customer service skills are outstanding and he built rapport and actively listened to my needs as I was making a life changing cross country move. My Wife Diana summed it up perfectly by saying "If only Troy and Rocket Mortgage could've been our Realtor and others throughout the moving process we wouldn't of had to worry about anything!" She's right. I've dealt with moving companies, realtors on both sides of the country, vehicle shipping managers, estimators, etc. and Troy was hands down the easiest and nicest person to deal with. I would recommend Troy and Rocket Mortgage to anybody who is looking for a home and doesn't want to feel like "just another file," or customer.
