Youssef was super helpful in providing all my options for a jumbo loan for my newly built house. Even though I did not go thro with Rocket Mortgage and ignored his calls for a while as I was not able to make a decision, :( he was patient to work with me again. As the name suggest they work at the speed of a rocket for sure! I would highly recommend him!

Youssef was excellent! He was there every step of the way and helped tremendously! He did offer a lower rate with a lower down payment, thinking it was better for me, but it would've cost me $5,000 in equity. I had lender credits that we would lose by going down, plus paying for points. Watch the details if they offer better options after the underwriting. Youssef was a gentleman and supportive throughout the entire process. He not only answered and abundance of questions I had as a first time home buyer, but also shared his personal insight, which i valued tremendously. I wish he would have been with me through the whole process, although he checked in during the final stages, which were a bit more difficult once I was passed on to the next phase of the purchase.
