Could not help us get the deal done. Not a great communicator. She gave contradicting information. We would leave several messages and phone calls with no return. She dragged our transaction through the mud so bad that we canceled our loan and found another lender that could actually help us. She made our experience agonizing. Would not recommend working with Jennie or Rocket altogether.
