Rosie was AMAZING and very knowledgeable. I was a first time buyer, and this process was easy. Also, once my loan got to underwriting, there was an issue with my Boyfriends VOE that caused issues with us closing, but Rosie's pivot and dedication resolved the issue within 24 hours. She was up at night and in the morning to resolve this so I could still close <3
