Phillip was awesome to work with. I spent about a day shopping rates and while rocket didn't have the lowest rate from the start, Philip did have the ability to match a rate I found from a competitor. If I ever have to look for a loan in the future, Philip would be my first stop given the customer support throughout the journey.

I could probably go on for a few more paragraphs in this review of how Francisco was able to help me secure my mortgage and my house, but I'll try to keep it succinct. Francisco was patient, knowledgeable, resourceful, attentive, available, and kind. Never once did I feel like I asked a stupid question despite me knowing practically nothing about mortgages going into the process.
