We finally closed on our home in April 2025 and my wife Patricia and I are so thrilled that Martin was our mortgage broker. Martin is very professional, provided quality customer service and has excellent communication skills. Because of my strict work schedule, he answered all of our questions and concerns. My wife works in the real estate industry and she basically explained our position with the home we were purchasing and Martin was very supportive and efficient. We hit 2 bumps in the road with the seller which resulted in our closing being delayed twice but we got it sorted out with the seller. Martin also made sure to extend our rate lock when the 2nd delay occurred. We definitely would recommend Martin to any of our family members or friends. From the initial conversation with my wife leading up to our closing date, we were very pleased with the exceptional level of care that Martin provided to the both of us. 10 out of 10.
