I closed a mortgage with Kayla in 2019 and paid higher fees and interest than a mortgage in my hometown because she promised Rocket would not sell my loan and service it for the life of the loan with superior service. 3 months later my loan was sold to Freddie Mac and Kayla covered this lie up by promising Rocket would still service the loan.
