Roni was great to work with while we bought our house. He was knowledgeable and professional throughout. He explained to me the information they needed when I didn't understand and reached out to the realtor for information they needed from him instead of me having to get it. I was promised a discount up to 10k, if I used a Rocket Mortgage partner real estate agent. That then was reduced to 3k, shortly before closing because of a "mistake". Then the 3k discount was not reflected in the final closing costs. I complained but was given some ridiculous excuse that it was included in my rate lock but even though it is not reflected in any of my paperwork.
