We used Rocket Mortgage to get a pre-approval for our home search. We had sold our previous home and paid off the mortgage (with Rocket, also) and wanted to be prepared if/when we found the right home. Steven called and texted every week to check in our process, each time asking if we needed any assistance. He even provided his cell phone number in case we had a closing scheduled on his day off...We used Rocket Mortgage to get a pre-approval for our home search. We had sold our previous home and paid off the mortgage (with Rocket, also) and wanted to be prepared if/when we found the right home. Him and I kept a open line of communication to cover details and any question I had along the way, which was much different than applying for any of the 3 mortgages I had in the past at other banks/lenders.
