He was more than professional, patient, hospitable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He assisted me with all my inquiries/requests. Giovanni also went above and beyond to get me the best outcome for my loan, I totally trusted him, and I am still in awe with my final numbers. There aren't enough stars available on this review page to reflect the level of value of the service he provided me.
