The estimate provided to me which I relied on to choose Rocket Mortgage was inexcusably wrong. I have requested a line item detail of "Adjustments and Other Credits" from that estimate but am told that info isn't available. How convenient.

In the end, Adjustments and Other Credits was off by $9,318.96. This should be illegal. Lorans is the best! I have bought and sold homes throughout my life and I can’t remember an easier loan application process. Not only is he great and knowledgeable at his job, most important to me is he is a kind human being. This home buying process is very stressful with many people coming at you at once.
