I can tell you that I used Rocket Mortgage for a convenience factor. My realtor almost cringed. Wissam reached out on a Saturday minutes after I applied and said “I’m working it now”. December 7th 2024. Provided an App , checklist and I was prepared. Worked it daily, outstanding communication, I hadn’t even found a house yet! Found a house following morning, submitted offer and closed and posted ...I can tell you that I used Rocket Mortgage for a convenience factor. My realtor almost cringed. Worked it daily, outstanding communication, I hadn’t even found a house yet! Found a house following morning, submitted offer and closed and posted by December 30th 2024! I don’t know, is that a record? 21 days from application to funding! Great job Wissam & team! My realtor was absolutely impressed and so was I ! Being able to close so fast leaves the buyer with the ability to negotiate a better deal!

Blake was most definitely helpful from the beginning of my loan. I started with Blake maybe a year ago, when my credit score was in the 535 range. He gave me all the tools I needed to get above 700 score. One year and five months later, January 2, 2025 l closed on my house. I would and will recommend you to anyone looking to purchase a home. Stu and Rocket Mortgage were excellent--pretty much always available whenever I had a question or issue. They were very understanding when I was called by the folks who evaluated my property and I hesitated to confirm my information since I did not call them first and they gave me the address that was on my tax bill which is different from my postal mailing address. They were very understanding when I was called by the folks who evaluated my property and I hesitated to confirm my information since I did not call them first and they gave me the address that was on my tax bill which is different from my postal mailing address. Since my tax info is public information and anyone access it, I was concerned this might be a scammers, but the Rocket team called me from a verified number and confirmed THEIR identity so I knew that the guy who was calling was legit.
