Patrick is a great "front wheel" rep, and expertly handled several "rear wheel" (technical) issues that were presented to us by less knowledgeable, and sometimes difficult, people in underwriting. I have never had such immediate and courteous responses, making me feel that my best interests and loan handling were always his primary consideration. Even my frustrated and impatient, and maybe unreasonable, remarks were handled with great empathy and understanding, with Patrick focusing only on expertly guiding my loan through to the Exact Precise closing date that Patrick had represented on day one.
