I just had a closing with Phillip. He was very responsive and communicative throughout the transaction both with me and my buyer. And this is something that is highly appreciated especially if the buyer has a lot of questions or is a first time homebuyer etc. Rocket Also, had a really Credit/Grant that really helps with lowering your buyers closing costs.
