Other companies just continued to email me back and forth even after multiple clarification requests were made. I was easily able to call him too. Overall, I would highly recommend him to help anyone with their mortgages. The other added plus for us was the continuing monitoring of the interest rates and the future refinancing being included when they go down in the future. No pre-penalty for paying off early, good website where I have been able to see all my docs and electronic signing. Customer service has been the best. The first company that I called, the loan officer a representative was not helpful and really didn't seem interested. Rocket mortgage was the second company I called. The agent that helped me was so understanding and explain everything and then offered to send me to Victoria to help get me where I need it to be. I was doubtful but I agree. On my first phone call with Victoria, she told me exactly what I needed to do in order to move my credit score from point A to point B. I followed the steps that she said and as soon as I had done it, my score changed significantly. Again, I have been trying to do this for years! Victoria, with her extensive knowledge and with the interest that she showed in me individually, she did something that no one has been able to do since 2010. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
