He took the time to explain things clearly, walked us through options we didn’t even know we had, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. At one point we hit a snag with our timeline, and Justin jumped in, made some calls, and somehow kept everything on track without us even needing to ask. He truly went above and beyond more than once.
